COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICE

1. delivery format

Files are delivered in the following format :
• 300 dpi
• PNG and JPGOther formats are available upon request
and may be subjected to additional fees.

2. payment

100% upfront payment is required before work begins.
Payment is accepted via :
• Paypal
• Wise
• Ko-fi (orders via Ko-fi)

3. TIMEFRAME

Delivery time will be based on my current workload.
Orders with a closer deadline will be prioritized.

4. revisions

• Up to 2 rounds of revision can be done during the sketching stage.
One last round of revision can be done during the rendering stage.
• Prop, accessory, and equipment design changes count as changes.
• Pose and design changes are only permitted during the sketching stage.
• Once the sketch is approved, the design is locked in.
• Major redraws and design changes after sketch approval may be subjected to additional fees.

5. APPROVAL STAGES

Client approval will be requested at:
• Sketching stage
• Final rendering stageIf no response is received during these approval stages,
it will be treated as approval to proceed.

6. refunds & cancellations

• Once work has started, refunds cannot be issued.
• If a client doesn't respond within 2 weeks,
the commission will be considered abandoned.
• Client will be informed if there are any delays/issues
regarding their commission.

7. Additional fees

• Complex clothing and intricate details.
• Additional props
• Major redraws
• Different file formats beyond the default delivery formats
• Commercial usage

8. PERSONAL USE RIGHTS

For personal commissions, clients may :
• Print the artwork for personal use
• Post the artwork online with credit to Goldfisch Creative
• Use the artwork as a profile pictureClients may not :
• Resell the artwork
• Produce or sell merchandise featuring the artwork
• Use the artwork for any commercial purpose

9. commercial use

By default, commercial use is not included.
If needed, it must be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

10. content limitations

I will not accept commissions that include :
• Nudity or explicit sexual content
• Hateful, racist, or discriminatory content

11. AI/NFT POLICY

My artworks may not be :
• Used and/or incorporated in AI datasets, workflows, tools,
and any present or future inventions in this space.
• Minted, sold, or used as NFT, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-based
content including any present or future inventions in this space.Strictly no AI or NFT use.

12. IMPORTANT NOTES

• I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on my social media.
• All artwork remains © Goldfisch Creative. Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright ownership.
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission request from anyone
with or without explanation.If you have any questions, please contact me directly.
